Comments
When visitors leave comments, we collect the data shown in the comments form, the visitor’s IP address, and browser user-agent string to help with spam detection.
An anonymized string (hash) of your email may be sent to the Gravatar service to check if you are using it. Gravatar’s privacy policy: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval, your profile picture is visible to the public alongside your comment.
Media
If you upload images, avoid including embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Visitors to the site can download and extract location data from images.
Contact forms
If you submit a form via our contact page, we collect the information you provide (e.g., name, email, phone, message) to respond to your enquiry and provide support. We retain submissions for customer-service purposes and internal record-keeping and do not use them for marketing unless you explicitly opt in.
Newsletter (Mailchimp)
If you subscribe to our mailing list, your name and email address will be processed by our email service provider (Mailchimp/Intuit) to send you updates.
